100% real pre-preg carbon fibre sheet
Autoclave cured

Manufactured in in 1000 x 1000 x 1.5mm sheets, cut to size if required.

High gloss finish to front surface, rear surface mat peal ply finish.

2 x 2 Twill weave style.

Ideal for either structural and cosmetic applications.

This carbon fibre sheet is very lightweight but very strong it is typically 4 to 6 times stronger than aluminium sheet of the same thickness and will withstand temperatures of over 100deg C. It is also resistant to corrosion and will last just about for ever. You can bend this thickness of sheet slightly. The sheet is very tough and suited to a wide range of applications where a gloss carbon finish is only required on one side. The following list of suggested uses is just a small sample of the many products this high quality carbon fibre sheet could be used for.

  • Dial surrounds, dial holders

  • Blanking plates

  • Engine bay mods

  • Panelling, casing

  • In car entertainment (I.C.E.) applications

You can cut, shape and finish this sheet using regular workshop tools like hacksaws, jigsaws and wet-and-dry.

We can supply any parts in carbon fibre up to 7 x 2 Mtrs.
