• Polyurethane Foam mouldings are available for a wide variety of applications including seating, headrests, cores for strengthening purposes or buoyancy aids. From resin or aluminium tooling we can mould foams using either a hinged cradle arrangement or press mounted tools
  
• In many applications we are developing both aluminium and resin water heated tooling for the SRIM and PU foam process along with the supply of components
  
• Moulding on site using the latest technology OMS impact 40 Evolution Polyurethane Machine and our own high specification high pressure foam moulding machines.
  
• Production press capacity of up to 550 tonnes and utilizing platen size up to 2.0 metres by 1.00 metre
  
• Trimming and post ops ready for delivery line-side
  
• In house Resin Tool and aluminum tool making facility
  
• Hinged 'stand alone' cradle option
  
• Technical support and advise
