Fabrications from just a few kilos to 20 tonnes,
as one offs and in multiples.
To compliment this service, we also offer
extensive facilities for flame cutting, normalising, surface
grinding, edge machining, hydraulic forming and drilling.
Capacities
Our skilled team of platers and welders have a wide experience in
producing high quality fabrications with capacity for a single item
of up to 3500mm x 3500mm x 8500mm (11.5 " x 11.5" x
28") weighing a maximum of 20 tonnes.

Fabrications are produced in
plate and section using carbon and stainless steels.

Our equipment and skills allow
flat plate and circular projects to be supplied.

All flame cut components for
fabrications are cut in the factory from our large steel stocks
and we will quote for the machining prior to, or after
fabrication
