With over 20 seats and 5 different CAD packages eCluster offers
an impressive CAD/CAM design and manufacturing facility.
In order
to ensure the right design solution for our clients, we use the
latest Solidworks, Catia v5, AutoCad or PowerMill
CAD technology, to produce innovative designs quickly and within
budget. Our qualified design engineers are experienced sub-contract
CAD service professionals and are fully competent in the CAD
software we use.
eCluster offers
full 3D CAD services. We can design products and assist with any subsequent
tooling, special purpose machines or automation required for their
manufacture. We can produce 2D or 3D CAD drawings of specialist
equipment or test rigs, to ensure the product created performs
satisfactorily. We have specific experience of aerospace test rig
design using Catia v5 and Solidworks.
As part of
our CAD service all of our designs can be supplied as 3D CAD solid
models, paper drawings or in electronic drawing format. From
Solidworks
we can supply photo-realistic images or animations that can set your
design apart from the rest. We can also create interactive web pages
of the work produced, so virtual products can be marketed ahead of
any prototype development or excessive investment in manufacture.
We can
also publish our designs as .3D CAD files to the internet which can
be viewed through our web based project management system
OPMcreator, this gives the client the ability to view, rotate,
zoom, section and measure 3D designs via their standard web browser
without the need for a specialist CAD system.
